Every order placed on our website is backed by a full 90 day guarantee.
The 90 days starts from the day you receive your order at your home.
Once 90 days have gone by since you have received your order, your order will be considered final and we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be almost unused and in the same condition that you received it.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Product exchanges are free. We will happily exchange your product for another one of equal value if something doesn't fit or if you simply changed your mind.
To request an exchange, all you need to do is send an email with our order confirmation number, along with the product you would like to change it for, to firstname.lastname@example.org.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS (if applicable)
Products that arrive in a defective or damaged condition will be replaced by us free of charge.
If your product is damaged or defective, please send a picture of the item with a short description of the damage to email@example.com.
We will review your case and issue a refund or replacement when/where necessary.
